Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization.
Pack Securely
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
